Anatomy of a website
June 30, 2008
It would seem that this website was built by the owner’s Zelda playing son circa 1998 as the final project for that semester’s “Basic Webmastering” class.
Having the food offerings listed under “services” is a nice touch, as are the flashing bullets. I’m most intrigued by the links. I’m not sure what Fox News has in common with a chain of cash-only tacquerias in Northern Illinois… perhaps the dishes are fair and balanced? Or was the aforementioned site creator glued to the cable channel’s relentless coverage of Monica’s blue spooged dress while crafting his masterpiece?
Or maybe they’re just trying to be ironic. In which case, touché, El Famous Burrito, touché.

El Famous Burrito:
loosely translated, THE famous burrito
